The Vatican has published the programme for the Mass of Coronation<\/del> Installation<\/del> Inauguration, and boy howdy does it have a lot of chant in it!<\/p>\n

I<\/span> also note that the Gospel will be read in Greek, rather than in Greek and <\/em>Latin, as was the custom.<\/p>\n

After assorted rumours to the effect have been flying for the past couple of days, the Vatican has apparently confirmed that the Ecumenical Patriarch of Constantinople is coming<\/a> to the installation Mass, and he’s bringing several other Orthodox bishops with him.<\/p>\n
