25 April<\/p>\n

Today was a day of slow, grinding climbs, as we crossed our final mountain pass of the Camino.<\/p>\n

The town of O Ceibreiro is more or less at the top, and we arrived at the same time as two busloads of German tourists.<\/p>\n

The view was amazing.<\/p>\n

The village was the site of a eucharistic miracle in the 14th century, and legend has it that the Holy Grail was hidden here for a time after the Moors took Valencia.<\/p>\n

After another, unexpected climb (easily the toughest short stretch so far – there was applause when we reached the top – we ended the day in Fonfria.<\/p>\n

There, after three very tough days, we had a dinner party that could not be beat. Fantastic company, great food, and music.<\/p>\n
