The Holy See Press Office announces<\/a> that the Instruction Univers\u00e6 Ecclesi\u00e6 <\/i>of the Pontifical Commission “Ecclesia Dei”, on the application of the motu proprio Summorum Pontificum<\/i>, will be made public on Friday, May 13th, and will be published on that afternoon (May 14th edition of L’Osservatore Romano<\/i>). The Instruction will be published in its Latin typical version, and in Italian, English, French, German, Spanish, and Portuguese translations.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

I’ve been thinking a lot about the Liturgy recently, as I have been tapped to MC <\/a>at our parish Confirmations with Archbishop Sartain<\/a> later in the month. I’ve spent the last few evenings at Saint John Bosco parish in Lakewood<\/a> under the very able tutelage of their MC, Brian Guillot. <\/p>\n

Mr. Guillot is a font of wisdom, and I’m grateful for his patience and good humour. The entire experience has given me a lot to reflect about as I integrate the practical nuts and bolts with Pope Benedict XVI’s writings on the subject. <\/p>\n
