Fresh off the wire from the Liturgy Office of the Archdiocese of Seattle: Appointment of Liturgy Director.<\/p>\n

The Most Reverend J. Peter Sartain has appointed Andrew Casad as the new Liturgy Director for the Archdiocese of Seattle. <\/p>\n

\"Andrew<\/a>Andrew currently serves as the Director of Liturgy and Catechumenate at Saint Thomas More Catholic Church in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. He holds a Master of Theological Studies in liturgical studies from the University of Notre Dame in addition to a Master of Arts in cultural anthropology from the University of California San Diego.<\/p>\n

A<\/span>ndrew is an online course facilitator for Notre Dame’s Satellite Theological Education Program, has published in Catechumenate and Pastoral Liturgy, and frequently gives workshops throughout the Diocese of Raleigh.<\/p>\n

Andrew will officially begin in the role on August 1. <\/p>\n

Please pray for Andrew, his wife and their two young children during this time of transition, and for the entire liturgical life of the Archdiocese.<\/p>\n

May the Holy Spirit continue to strengthen and guide us all in building up the Kingdom for God’s greater glory!<\/p>\n
