\nT<\/span>his morning’s Mass at Holy Rosary<\/a> was the last solemnity<\/a> celebrated together by the parishes of Holy Rosary and Saint Joseph.<\/p>\n

Father Maurer celebrated the Mass to honor Our Lady and give glory to God, and it was beautiful, uplifting, and holy.<\/p>\n

Father chanted the prayers. We chanted the Ordinary of the Mass in English. <\/p>\n

Francine read from the Revelation of Saint John and Saint Paul’s first letter to the Corinthians<\/a>. <\/p>\n

Cantor Cindy Choo led us in the Responsorial Psalm and the Alleluia<\/em>.<\/p>\n

The Gospel of course contained one of my favourite readings, Mary’s great Magnificat<\/a><\/em>, which we say or chant every evening at Vespers.<\/p>\n

We sang Marian hymns a capella throughout, ending Mass with the Salve Regina<\/a><\/em>.<\/p>\n
