T<\/span>here has not been a lot of training this week. In fact, I have not left the house since Sunday. <\/p>\n

I get migraines a couple of times a year. Normally, I can spot the symptoms of a developing migraine and “head it off at the pass” with hydration and Excedrin. On Saturday afternoon, however, I did not spot the symptoms until it was far, far too late. It was one of most debilitating migraines I’ve had in years, but it was only the first punch of a one-two combination.<\/p>\n

Because as it turns out, I’m also deep in the throes of a nasty chest cold. The fever comes and goes, but the exhaustion is nigh-well constant.<\/p>\n

So after taking Monday as a sick day, I’ve been working from home. <\/p>\n
