It was easily some of the best food I&#8217;d had on the Camino to that point, and it was stupid cheap. The place was full of truckers and <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Civil_Guard_(Spain)\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Civil_Guard_(Spain)\" target=\"_blank\">Guardia Civil<\/a>. Based on some certificates on the wall, the proprietor was once a member, so it makes sense that this would be a hangout for them. Note also the picture of Franco to the upper left. We ate outside in the sun and chill and wind.
