All along the Camino, the sort of marker you see here has been associated with medieval boundaries. Since this is literally in the middle of the town, that&#8217;s not the case here. This is called the Rollo de justicia (&#8220;Roll of Justice&#8221;), and it&#8217;s the place where justice was dispensed in the village during the Medieval and Renaissance eras.
