David Mulholland at Saint Patrick Church, where I was baptized and we were married. It is a beautiful and ancient rite. In its current form it appears the&nbsp;<em>Missal<\/em>&nbsp;of Vich Cathedral, Barcelona, Spain, dated to AD 1078.
