This is Ernesto. His <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/pulperiaagarnacha.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">pulperia<\/a> is located just as you enter the central part of the city proper. It includes a window overlooking the Camino route, through which you can see him prepare this tasty dish.
