Since then, the sanctuary &#8211; indeed, the entire cathedral &#8211; has undergone a glorious restoration. You can get a feel for how the place has changed in <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.thomryng.com\/camino\/our-first-full-day-in-santiago\/\" target=\"_blank\">our post from last year<\/a>.
