A<\/span>fter the excitement of the Chapelle de Saint-Roch<\/a>, \u00c1vila and I caught a ride to Domaine du Sauvage<\/a>, our stopping place for the night. This is an impressive place, no less so for being out in the middle of nowhere. It’s one of the few examples of the early medieval hostels that have been restored to their original use after centuries of being the center of an aristocratic estate. It\u2019s sort of looks like a fortress from the outside, but it\u2019s cozy inside. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
