I<\/span> arrived in Saint-Ch\u00e9ly-d’Aubrac just after 10:30 AM. I ran into Alex walking down the main street, and together we ducked into a shop and then this boulangerie to procure supplies for second breakfast. (Possibly third breakfast, if you count our snack of cookies and grapes in Aubrac<\/a>.) We ate together, sitting on the concrete lip of a bubbling fountain in the shade. It was already blisteringly hot outside. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I split this up into two days, since I wanted to spend some time exploring both Saint-Ch\u00e9ly-d’Aubrac and Saint-C\u00f4me-d’Olt, both of which are on the list of most beautiful villages in France.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
