T<\/span>his was the g\u00eete recommended to me by the Tourist Office<\/a>, and it was great! Very welcoming, clean, and well-organized. By the time it opened at 3pm, it was already 97\u00b0 F (36\u00b0 C) outside. In the lobby, I ran into Delphin\u00e9 from Brittany, who I first met way back at Domaine du Sauvage<\/a>. She helped with some translation issues as I tried to check in without a reservation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note to self: <\/strong>reserve here in advance next time!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you’re the sort who looks at the maps, you’ll note that the stage shown is 32+km long. I split this up into two days, since I wanted to spend some time exploring both Saint-Ch\u00e9ly-d’Aubrac and Saint-C\u00f4me-d’Olt, both of which are on the list of most beautiful villages in France.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
