Previously, I posted <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thomryng.com\/camino\/camino-photo-of-the-day-pilgrims-at-the-foot-of-the-cross\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">some<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thomryng.com\/camino\/camino-photo-of-the-day-the-quality-of-light\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">photos<\/a> of the interior, but I think the exterior is just as striking, if for different reasons. It&#8217;s been restored and had so much rebuilding work done that it&#8217;s difficult to see what the original design might have been. The tower is just odd, with its little side turret and its twisty spire, but it&#8217;s certainly distinctive, even from a distance. I&#8217;ll have a better photo of the spire in a few days so you can see how truly unique it really is. I had to lay down in the square to get this photo with the sun behind it.
