T<\/span>he Camino winds its way all through Europe, with a myriad of routes eventually coming together into the four great branches in France from Paris, V\u00e9zelay, Le Puy, and Arles, as well as the routes throughout the Iberian Peninsula. Whatever route you walk, the kind of path you’re on constantly changes. One minute, it’s an asphalt road; the next, it’s a narrow squeeze through brambles. There are cobblestone streets, broad velvety paths in the woods, scrambles over rocks, and everything in between. On this particular morning, I transitioned from asphalt roadwalking to this beautiful forest path. All in all, I prefer the forest path. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
