In the square, we are accosted by an expatriate Englishman named Roderick. &#8220;Accosted&#8221; is perhaps too strong a word. Detained? Engaged in conversation? In any case, he had clearly been living in Spain for many years. We spoke some moments, and he recited a poem for us. It was ostensibly about his granddaughter, who he called &#8220;Stardust&#8221;, but it was really about the Way &#8211; not just the Camino but also our pilgrimage to our heavenly homeland.
