These are bodegas, underground storage most often used as <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Wine_cellar\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">wine cellars<\/a>. Although we will come upon them frequently in the coming week, these are the first major ones we sighted.
