The city is famous for its <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Arz%C3%BAa-Ulloa_cheese\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">cheese<\/a>. So much so, that you find this statue in the plaza near the Iglesia de Santiago de Arz\u00faa.
