Camino Photo of the Day: Regroup

The plan had been to try to make an 11AM Mass in Castrojeriz. Well, we didn’t arrive in town until almost 11:30, and the church we had arrived at turned out to be a museum, which at any rate was closed. I did a quick reconnoiter to see if I could find the correct church, but came up empty. So Eamon and I decided to settle in here for a bit, grab a bite, and try to regroup. The place is right across the street from the church/museum of Nuestra Señora del Manzano, so at least there was a churchy view. I think it might have been the first time I missed Mass on a Sunday since before my baptism.
