Dwarf / Cleric of the Caregiver
Fostered as a baby, adopted by a tight-knit lower middle class family. Two loving parents, both still alive. Nurthur is the eldest of the couple’s five children.
Born and raised in the Dwarven town of Grom in the Silver Hills, part of the (mostly Human) Kingdom of Narcerion.
He is a fanatical member of the Church of the Lord of the Blue Sky (aka the Caregiver). This Church is a (mostly) Dwarven offshoot of the Church of Everlasting Hope.
He left home at age 30 to attend the Dwarven College at Springhollow Seminary, near the Kingdom’s capital of Kisra. After many years, he graduated into the Priesthood of the Merciful Fates, and after spending some time working in a monastic hospital out in the sticks, he decided to seek his fortune on the frontier.
